Important Update from Hillis Home Improvement
We’re thrilled to announce that Hillis Home Improvement is transitioning to a new brand for 2026: TurfTide LLC
This change allows us to focus exclusively on what we do best: lawn care, landscaping, sod installation, and pressure/soft washing services. Our mission remains the same: treat every home or business as if it’s our own and maintain the highest standards of quality, communication, and reliability.
Although the home improvement services we previously offered will be winding down, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need assistance outside of the core services mentioned above. If we have room in our schedule, we’re happy to help with tasks such as patio screen repair, irrigation services, and more. If we can’t fit it in, we’ll gladly connect you with someone who can.

Improved Billing Experience:
We’ve listened to your feedback about the hassle of paying after each service—especially for weekly or biweekly schedules. To make things easier, we’ve invested in upgraded CRM software and implemented a secure “card on file” system with auto-billing on the day of the month you choose. This ensures a consistent flat rate throughout the year—no more seasonal spikes!
Please note:
We will no longer accept payments through digital payment apps such as Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, or CashApp due to tax regulations under our new corporation. Our new system is powered by Stripe, which applies a small transaction fee to online payments. Unfortunately, this fee is unavoidable and will be passed on to the customer moving forward. Last year, we absorbed over $1,000 in processing costs, and to keep pricing fair and sustainable, we can no longer cover these fees. Cash payments are still welcome if you prefer not to use the online invoicing system, and we can offer a slight discount on larger projects.
Website Transition:
This current site will remain active for a short time to ensure no inquiries are missed. All new projects, service requests, and communication will be handled through TurfTide going forward. A link to our new website is provided below. If you have any feedback, please let us know!

We sincerely appreciate all the business and support you’ve given us since 2023. The relationships we’ve built mean so much to us, and we truly cherish every connection. We may just be “your lawn guy,” but to us, this work provides a living that supports our family—and that’s something we never take for granted. As we move forward into 2026 under the TurfTide name, we’re excited for the opportunity to continue serving you and creating even more lasting partnerships.
